Thank you for your interest in the Vancouver International Wine Festival.
Applications to volunteer at the 2025 festival will open in late 2024.
To apply to become a VanWineFest volunteer, please click here to create an account and fill out the application form. If you have previously been a volunteer, you do not need to fill out a new application. The schedule will be posted in January 2025 and you will be able to sign up for shifts at that time. You can also download the My Impact app to schedule or sign up on the go!
The 2025 festival will run Saturday, February 22 to Sunday, March 2 at the Vancouver Convention Centre and other venues around town, but the majority of volunteer opportunities are on Thursday, February 27 to Saturday, March 1.
