Thank you for your interest in the Vancouver International Wine Festival.
Applications to volunteer at the 2026 festival will open in late 2025.
To apply to become a VanWineFest volunteer, please click here to create an account and fill out the application form. If you have previously been a volunteer, you do not need to fill out a new application. The schedule will be posted in January 2026 and you will be able to sign up for shifts at that time. You can also download the My Impact app to schedule or sign up on the go!
The 2026 festival will run Saturday, March 7 to Sunday, March 14 at the Vancouver Convention Centre and other venues around town, but the majority of volunteer opportunities are on Thursday, March 12 to Saturday, March 14.
