A Culmination of Flavours
Don Triggs’ contribution to the Canadian wine industry is legendary, with the wines from his new boutique family estate, Culmina Family Estate Winery, being noteworthy. The evening pairs delicious courses from Ancora’s kitchen with a selection of the estate’s critically acclaimed wines: Decora, Unicus, Dilemma, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Hypothesis.
