The 2020 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction kicks off with a Champagne reception at 6 p.m. and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team. The evening will be topped off with live music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening will feature rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. Bordeaux Wine Cruise 2020
The celebration of France, as theme country, will extend beyond festival week with a curated seven-night wine river cruise to Bordeaux from April 9-16, 2020.
