The 2025 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by National Bank Private Banking 1859, kicks off with a sparkling wine reception at 6 p.m., followed by an exquisitive five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team and paired with nine outstanding wines. The evening will be topped off with live music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening feature rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants.
