For Gérard Bertrand, biodynamics is a true philosophy of life. Convinced very early on that viticulture in harmony with nature is the best way to reveal the typicality of a terroir resulting in great wines, Gérard Bertrand embarked on the path to biodynamics in 2002. He now applies the principles of biodynamics to all his estates in Languedoc-Roussillon.
