Cheers to 2023

Cheers to another successful edition of the Vancouver International Wine Festival. We celebrated our 44th festival from April 22-30, with 147 participating wineries from 17 countries, including 44 wineries from our theme continent, South America!

The Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by National Bank Private Banking 1859, kicked off the 8-day festival with a spectacular evening of wine and food that raised $160,000 for our charitable beneficiary, Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival.

We’re still gathering festival statistics and stories are still coming in, but here are a few callbacks to #VIWF2023.

Bard on the Beach: On Stage Now!

The Vancouver International Wine Festival is thrilled to be the charitable partner of Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival. Bard’s 2023 season is on now with the return of the smash hit Beatles-inspired production of As You Like It on the BMO Mainstage. Running in repertoire is Julius Caesar, while the Howard Family Stage features Henry V and the hilariously interactive Goblin: Macbeth.
