Stina @ Vij’s Rangoli: Celebrated Croatian chef, Josip Eterovic, of the award-winning Taverna Riva on the island of Brac, comes to Vancouver to join creative forces with Chef Vikram Vij. Together they will present a one-of-a-kind menu of traditional Croatian fare inspired by Indian flair, at Vij’s Rangoli – each course paired with the beautiful wines of Stina.
