One of the most spectacular wine and food events in the city – an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar.
The 2018 Bacchanalia Gala kicked off with a Cava reception at 6 p.m., and featured nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s executive chef Cameron Ballendine. All of this was topped off with live music and dancing. And if that’s not enough, live and silent auctions throughout the evening featured extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
