The 2019 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by Blakes, kicked off with a sparkling wine reception at 6 p.m. and featured nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team. All of this was topped off with live music and dancing. And live and silent auctions throughout the evening featured extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
