The Bacchanalia Gala kicks off with a Cava reception at 6 p.m., and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s executive chef Cameron Ballendine.  All of this is topped off with live music and dancing.  And if that’s not enough, live and silent auctions throughout the evening feature extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants.  A must for any serious wine collector!
