The 2019 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction, presented by Blakes, will kick off with a sparkling wine reception at 6 p.m. and features nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team. All of this will be topped off with live music and dancing. And if that’s not enough, live and silent auctions throughout the evening will feature extremely rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants.
