One of the most spectacular wine and food events in the city – an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar.
The evening will kick off with a Champagne reception at 6 p.m. and will feature nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef David Baarschers. The evening will be topped off with music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening will feature rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
