The 2024 Bacchanalia Gala Dinner + Auction will take place on Saturday, February 24 at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.
One of the most spectacular wine and food events in the city – an evening of incredible wine, inventive food pairings, and unparalleled opportunities to enhance your wine cellar.
The evening kicked off with a Champagne reception at 6 p.m. and featured nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef David Baarschers. The evening was topped off with music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening featured rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
