The evening kicked off with a sparkling wine reception at 6 p.m. and featured nine additional outstanding wines paired with an exquisite five-course menu prepared by the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver’s culinary team, led by Executive Chef David Baarschers. The evening was topped off with music and dancing. Live and silent auctions throughout the evening featured rare wines, epicurean getaways and unique culinary experiences featuring chefs and sommeliers from the West Coast’s top restaurants. A must for any serious wine collector!
